Hi, I’m Ethan, a 20 year old photographer from Manchester studying Marine and natural history photography at the University of Falmouth in Cornwall. I am venturing into my 2nd year of studies this September. I picked up my first camera just over 2 years ago, and have not stopped since. My work has a fair amount of diversity, I enjoy macro photography of Weevils as much as I enjoy candid photography of worker's in Hong Kong.
I appreciate all aspects of nature, especially the unloved and unseen. I hope my photography is appreciated by a wide audience, as I have spent a long time learning my craft in different fields of photography. I’d like my portfolio to contain such a variety of work that it appeals to almost everyone in some way.
My aim is to become a photojournalist, getting into perilous situations, as well as exploring the world, learning cultures, and capturing narratives that stick with you.
I also hope to become a Fujifilm ambassador one day, as the brand constantly fuels my creativity and work with the tacticle film like layout, and the surreal recipes you can create.
